The leading author has the entire authority for copyright delegation on behalf of all the co-authors and guarantees that the aforementioned paper is the original work. If the aforementioned paper is published The Korean Institute of Broadcast and Media Engineers (including paper collections, journals, collections of papers presented at conferences), the leading author delegates the copyrights for the aforementioned The Korean Institute of Broadcast and Media Engineers. The copyright delegation includes all rights for distribution and reproduction of the paper, including the copying, reprinting, and translation of the paper and reproduction in microfilms, electronic forms, and similar forms.
The leading author also guarantees that s/he received the permits necessary for copyright delegation from legal holders of copyrights for this paper as well as the permits necessary for expressions, figures, and tables cited from other works.
